Activit Z 200ml 

Presentation: Syrup containing Vitamin B Complex (Thiamine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium equivalent to Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Nicotinamide) and Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate equivalent to elemental Zinc. Available in 200 ml bottles with a measuring cup, manufactured by Delta Pharma Ltd.in Bangladesh.

Indications:Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B complex and Zinc deficiencies.These nutrients are vital for various bodily functions including immunity, wound healing, energy release from food, brain and nerve function, red blood cell formation, growth, and development.

Dosage and Administration:  

• Adults:10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) 2 to 3 times daily. 
• Children:10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) 1 to 3 times daily. 
• Infants:5ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 timesdaily.Or as recommended by a registered physician. May be taken with or without food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, a few side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach upset may occur. Side effects have been reported with specific vitamins but generally at levels substantially higher than recommended doses.  

Precautions:   Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In acute renal failure, zinc accumulation may occur, so dosage adjustment may be needed.Concomitant intake of tetracyclines and zinc or fluoroquinolones and zinc may decrease the absorption of both. Pyridoxine may reduce the effectiveness of levodopa.

Storage:Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light.Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
