Alkuli 100ml Syrupis a Unani medicine manufactured by Hamdard Laboratories (WAQF) BD.It contains a combination of several herbal ingredients. 

Composition: Each 5 ml of Alkuli Syrup typically contains extracts of:

• Chicory ( Cichorium endivia) root: 250mg 
• Chicory (Cichorium endivia) seed: 125mg 
• Small Caltrops (Tribulus terrestris): 125mg 
• Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) root: 125mg 
• Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed: 125mg 
• Muskmelon (Cucumis melo) seed: 250mg  
• and other ingredients.

Indications: Alkuli Syrup is indicated for:

• Pyrexia (fever) 
• Anuria (absence of urination) 
• Oliguria (reduced urination) 
• Amenorrhoea (absence of menstruation) 
• Hepatitis (inflammation of the liver) 
• Jaundice 
• It is also considered effective in clearing morbid substances from the liver and kidney. 

Alkuli is described as having prebiotic, antioxidant, febrifuge (fever-reducing), and diuretic properties.It is also said to act as a detoxifier and cleanser for the liver and kidneys, relieve inflammation, and normalize body temperature. 

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults:2-4 teaspoonfuls (10-20 ml) two to four times daily. 
• Children:1-2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) two to four times daily. 
• Or as prescribed by a physician.

Contraindications:There are no known contraindications for Alkuli Syrup. 

Side Effects:No significant side effects have been observed when taken at the proper dosage.
