Apremig ODT Tablet

Presentation: Apremig ODT is a dispersible tablet containing 75 mg of Rimegepant. 

Indications: Apremig ODT is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults and for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults.  

Dosage and Administration:

• Acute Treatment: The recommended dose is 75 mg taken orally, as needed. The maximum dose in a 24-hour period is 75 mg.
• Preventive Treatment: The recommended dosage is 75 mg taken orally every other day.
• Apremig ODT is a dispersible tablet that can be taken without liquid.

Side Effects: Common side effects of Apremig ODT may include nausea, stomach pain, and indigestion. Allergic reactions, including trouble breathing and rash, can also occur.

Precautions: Avoid concomitant administration with strong or moderate inhibitors or inducers of CYP3A4 and potent inhibitors of P-gp, as these can significantly alter Rimegepant exposure. Rimegepant is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity reaction to Rimegepant or any of its components.

Storage: Store as directed on the product packaging.
