Presentation: Each tablet contains 1 mg Clonazepam.

Indications: Treatment of panic disorder (with or without agoraphobia), Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, akinetic and myoclonic seizures. May be used for absence seizures unresponsive to succinimides.

Dosage & Administration: Dosage varies by condition and age. Adults for seizures: initial dose up to 1.5 mg daily in divided doses, may increase gradually. Adults for panic disorder: initial 0.25 mg twice daily, may increase to 1 mg daily. Children: initial dose 0.01-0.03 mg/kg/day in divided doses. Follow doctor's instructions.

Side Effects: Common: Drowsiness, ataxia. Less common: Confusion, irritability, depression, memory problems, abnormal eye movements. Rare: Respiratory depression, coma. May increase saliva in infants.

Precautions: Inform doctor of liver or kidney problems, respiratory issues, glaucoma, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. May be habit-forming. Monitor for changes in mood or behavior. May increase risk of generalized tonic-clonic seizures in mixed seizure disorders.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
