Clonil 0.5 mg Tablets: Management of Panic Disorder and Seizures
Description: Clonil 0.5 mg contains Clonazepam, a benzodiazepine medication. It works by slowing down activity in the brain to produce a calming effect, reduce anxiety, and control seizures.
Indications:
- Panic Disorder: Treatment of panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia (fear of open spaces or crowds).
- Seizure Disorders: Used alone or with other medications to treat certain types of seizure disorders, including Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, akinetic, and myoclonic seizures. It may also be used for absence seizures (petit mal) if other medications haven't worked.
Dosage & Administration:
- Dosage must be individualized by a physician.
- Follow the prescribed dosage regimen carefully.
- Clonil 0.5 mg tablets are taken orally.
- Swallow the tablets whole with water.
- It can be taken with or without food.
