Diliner DR 20

Presentation: Each delayed-release capsule contains 20 mg Duloxetine (as Duloxetine Hydrochloride).

Indications: Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), neuropathic pain (nerve damage) associated with diabetes, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Dosage & Administration: For depression or GAD, the usual starting dose is 60 mg once daily. For neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, or chronic musculoskeletal pain, the starting dose is typically 30 mg once daily for one week, then increased to 60 mg once daily. Follow your doctor's instructions. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew. May be taken with or without food.

Side Effects: Common: Nausea, dry mouth, headache, fatigue, constipation, dizziness, somnolence (drowsiness), insomnia. Less common: Decreased appetite, blurred vision, increased sweating, anxiety, tremor, diarrhea. Rare: Liver problems, seizures, serotonin syndrome.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, heart problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma, bipolar disorder, a history of seizures, or bleeding disorders. Use caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. May increase the risk of suicidal thoughts, especially in children and young adults. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
