Dophylin Syrup 100ml contains Doxophylline INN 100mg per 5ml. It is a product of The ACME Laboratories Ltd.

Indications: Dophylin (Doxophylline) is used to treat:

• Bronchial asthma 
• Bronchospasm 
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) 
• Pulmonary disease with a spastic bronchial component 

Dosage and Administration: Dophylin syrup is for oral administration. The general dosage guidelines are:

• Children (6-12 years): 6-9 mg/kg body weight twice daily. For example, if a child weighs 10 kg, the dose would be 3 ml (60 mg) twice daily.
• Children (>12 years): 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) two or three times daily.
• Adults: 20 ml (4 teaspoonfuls) two or three times daily or as prescribed by the physician.
