• For radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (RINV): The usual adult dose is 8 mg administered 1-2 hours before radiotherapy.
• For postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV): The usual adult dose is 4 mg administered intravenously or orally before anesthesia induction or postoperatively. For children, the dose is usually based on weight.
