Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a comprehensive formulation of multivitamins and multiminerals specifically designed for teenage girls. Available in blister packs containing [Number] tablets, manufactured by Square Pharmaceuticals PLC in Bangladesh. Each tablet typically contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, B vitamins, Vitamin K, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, and Selenium.

Indications: Indicated as a comprehensive nutritional supplement for teenage girls (ages 13-19) to support overall health, healthy skin function, a healthy immune system, bone strength, and energy production. It helps meet the increased nutritional needs during adolescence.

Dosage and Administration: For teenage girls, the usual dosage is one tablet daily, to be taken orally with food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur, and these are usually temporary. Iron may cause stools to turn black, which is a harmless effect. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral administration of folic acid in rare cases. If any side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Precautions: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Folic acid alone is not appropriate for treating pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias where Vitamin B12 is deficient. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under6 years. Keep out of reach of children.
