Gabarol 50

Presentation: Each capsule contains 50 mg Pregabalin.

Indications: Treatment of neuropathic pain (nerve damage pain), as adjunctive therapy for partial seizures in adults, management of fibromyalgia, and may also be used to treat certain anxiety disorders.

Dosage & Administration: The usual starting dose for neuropathic pain is 150 mg per day, usually divided into two or three doses. This may be increased by your doctor up to a maximum of 600 mg per day. For fibromyalgia, the starting dose is usually 75 mg twice a day, which may be increased up to 225 mg twice a day. For partial seizures, the starting dose is usually 150 mg per day, divided into two or three doses, and may be increased up to 600 mg per day. Take orally with or without food. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Side Effects: Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, difficulty concentrating, and swelling of arms and legs.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems, heart problems, or diabetes. Use caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. Pregabalin may cause dizziness and drowsiness and can impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Gradual withdrawal is recommended to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
