🧔 Hairgain Topical Solution (Minoxidil)

Hairgain is a topical treatment used to stimulate hair growth in individuals experiencing hereditary hair loss (androgenetic alopecia).

📋 Indications

• Male Pattern Hair Loss: Thinning on the top of the scalp (vertex).
• Female Pattern Hair Loss: Thinning on the top of the scalp (specifically for the 2% solution).

🥄 Dosage & Administration

• Minoxidil 2% (Men & Women): Apply 1 mL (7 sprays) twice daily to the center of the affected scalp area.
• Minoxidil 5% (Men ONLY): Apply 1 mL (7 sprays) twice daily directly onto the hair loss area.
• ⚠️ Limit: Total daily dose must not exceed 2 mL. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

⚠️ Safety & Precautions

• Scalp Health: Apply only to a healthy, normal scalp. Do not use if the scalp is red, inflamed, infected, irritated, or sunburnt.
• Contraindications: Do not use if you have hypertension (high blood pressure) or a shaved scalp.
• Side Effects: Common reactions include itching, skin rash, scaling, or respiratory symptoms like a cough or runny nose.
• Eye Safety: Contains alcohol; avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of cool water. 🚿

• Pregnancy: Use only if the potential benefit justifies the risk to the fetus.
• Lactation: Minoxidil is secreted in breast milk; consult a doctor before use.
