Hypnofast 7.5

Presentation: Tablets containing Midazolam 7.5 mg.

Indications: Short-term treatment of insomnia. May also be used for sedation in premedication before surgical or diagnostic procedures.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: 7.5-15 mg orally daily at bedtime. Elderly: 7.5 mg orally daily. For premedication: 15 mg orally 30-60 minutes before the procedure. Follow physician's instructions.

Side Effects: Common: drowsiness during daytime, confusion, fatigue, headache, muscle weakness. Less common: respiratory depression, apnea, fluctuations in vital signs.

Precautions: Contraindicated in severe respiratory insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, myasthenia gravis, sleep apnea syndrome, and hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines. Use caution in elderly and debilitated patients. May enhance the sedative effect of other CNS depressants. Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage: Protect from light and moisture, store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
