Presentation: Each tablet contains Propranolol Hydrochloride BP 10 mg. Available in strips or blister packs, with the number of tablets per pack determined by the manufacturer in Bangladesh (e.g., ACI Limited). Propranolol is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent.

Indications: Indever (Propranolol) at this lower strength may be used for various conditions, including:

• Management of mild hypertension
• Control of certain cardiac arrhythmias
• Relief of anxiety symptoms (e.g., tremors, palpitations)
• Prophylaxis of migraine headaches (sometimes at higher doses, but lower doses may be part of a titration regimen)
• Essential tremor

Less common side effects can include bradycardia (slow heart rate), hypotension (low blood pressure), and gastrointestinal disturbances. Precautions: Indever is contraindicated in patients with bronchial asthma or a history of bronchospasm, cardiogenic shock, second or third-degree heart block, and uncontrolled heart failure. Caution should be exercised in patients with compensated heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus (may mask hypoglycemia symptoms), and hepatic or renal impairment. It should be used with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
