Junivit 

Presentation: Syrup containing multiple vitamins and Cod Liver Oil, available in 100 ml bottles. Manufactured by Ibn Sina Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each 5 ml contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Nicotinamide, and Cod Liver Oil. Specific amounts are listed on the packaging.

Indications: Indicated for growing children to aid in the development and proper functioning of vital organs, prevent vitamin deficiency, restore vitality after illness, and improve appetite. It also helps increase immunity and maintain healthy skin, hair, nails, teeth, bones, eyes, and the nervous system. In adults, it may help prevent chronic diseases. In pregnant and nursing mothers, it aids in the proper development of the baby.

Dosage & Administration:

• Children 1 to 6 months: 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) daily.
• Children 6 months onwards: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
• Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily. The syrup can be taken with water or milk.  

Side Effects:Generally well-tolerated; however, a few allergic reactions may be seen.  

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Overdose should be avoided as the medicine may accumulate in the body. Use in pregnancy and lactation should be on physician's advice.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
