Indications:

Migon (Flunarizine) is used for the prophylactic treatment of migraine headaches.3 It helps to reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks.4 It is also sometimes used for the symptomatic treatment of vestibular vertigo (dizziness due to inner ear problems) and peripheral vascular disease.

Dosage and Administration:

The usual starting dose for adults under 65 years of age is 10 mg once daily at night. For adults 65 years and older, the starting dose is 5 mg daily at night.6 Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your response and tolerability. It is important to take Migon regularly as prescribed, even if you don't have a headache. It is not intended to treat an acute migraine attack.

Common side effects of Flunarizine may include:

• Weight gain 
• Increased appetite

• Nausea
