Miovit 

Presentation: Each film-coated tablet contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg, and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg.Available in strips of [Specify number, e.g., 10] tablets, manufactured by Somatec Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Indications: Miovit is indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency syndrome. It is also used in the treatment of:

• Polyneuropathy of any origin (e.g., diabetic, alcoholic, toxic)
• Neuritis
• Neuralgia (e.g., cervical syndrome, shoulder-arm syndrome, lumbago, sciatica, intercostal neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia)
• Herpes Zoster
• Supportive treatment in facial palsy

Dosage and Administration: Adults: Usually 1 to 3 tablets per day or as advised by the physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food. The duration of treatment depends onthe severity of the condition and the physician's recommendations.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, allergic reactions may be observed in a few cases.

Precautions: Miovit is contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy and in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.Cyanocobalamin should not be given in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord without proper diagnosis due to the risk of masking symptoms.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
