Mitrazin 30 Tablet - (30mg Mirtazapine)

Presentation: Each film-coated tablet contains 30 mg of Mirtazapine.

Indications: Mitrazin 30 is indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. It is an antidepressant that works by affecting certain natural chemicals in the brain (neurotransmitters) to help relieve depression symptoms.

Dosage and Administration: The usual starting dose for adults is 15 mg once daily, usually taken in the evening before bedtime. Your doctor may gradually increase the dose every 1-2 weeks based on your response and tolerability, up to a maximum dose of 45 mg per day. Mitrazin 30 tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food. Taking it at the same time each day helps to maintain a consistent level of the medication in your body.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include drowsiness, increased appetite, weight gain, dry mouth, constipation, and dizziness. Other possible side effects include abnormal dreams, confusion, increased cholesterol levels, and swelling. If any of these side effects persist or become bothersome, inform your doctor.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, such as liver or kidney problems, heart conditions, a history of seizures, bipolar disorder, or glaucoma.
