Nature-E 400 

Presentation: Soft gelatin capsules containing 400 IU of Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). The capsules are intended for oral administration. The color and shape of the capsules may vary depending on the manufacturer and what is available in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin E deficiency. Vitamin E is an essential nutrient and a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals. It plays a role in immune function, blood vessel health, and preventing blood clots. It may also be used as a supportive treatment in certain conditions.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose for Vitamin E deficiency is 400 IU daily, or as directed by a physician. The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, preferably with or after a meal to enhance absorption. The dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on the severity of the deficiency and the individual's needs.

Side Effects: Vitamin E is generally well-tolerated at recommended doses. High doses (above 800 IU per day) may occasionally cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, diarrhea, or abdominal cramps. Other rare side effects may occur.
