Nenvit 

Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 200 mg, and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 200 mcg. Available in strips. Manufactured by Euro Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency syndrome. Also used as supportive treatment for neuritis and non-inflammatory diseases of the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia, lumbago, myalgia, optic neuritis, sciatica, facial neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia,and spinal pain. May also be used in chronic pains like sciatica, lumbago, trigeminal neuralgia, facial paralysis, and optic neuritis, as well as neuropathy and cardiac complications.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dosage is 1 to 3 tablets per day or as directed by the physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, allergic reactions may occur in a few cases.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Thiamine, Cobalt, or any other component of the preparation and in patients on Levodopa therapy. Cyanocobalamin should not be given before a diagnosis has been fully established because of the possibility of masking symptoms of subacute degeneration of the spinalcord. Caution should be exercised during pregnancy and lactation; the oral tablet form is recommended.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
