Presentation: Each pack contains 30 tablets. Each tablet typically contains a combination of neurotropic B vitamins, including Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). The specific strengths of each component may vary depending on the manufacturer and the formulation available in Bangladesh; refer to the product packaging for details.

Indications: Treatment and prevention of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiencies. Supportive therapy for various neuropathies (nerve damage) such as diabetic neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and neuralgia. Management of conditions like sciatica, lumbago, trigeminal neuralgia, and facial paralysis. General nutritional support for nerve health and overall well-being.

Dosage and Administration: Adults: The usual dose is one to three tablets daily, or as directed by a physician. Swallow the tablets whole with water and can be taken with or without food. The specific dosage and duration of treatment depend on the severity of the deficiency and the individual's response.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Possible allergic reactions. High doses of Vitamin B6 over prolonged periods may rarely lead to sensory neuropathy.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy (unless a dopamine decarboxylase inhibitor is also given) and in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the components. Use cautiously in patients with subacute spinal cord degeneration or optic neuropathy associated with elevated plasma levels of cyanocobalamin.
