Neurolin 25

Presentation: Tablets containing Pregabalin 25 mg.

Indications:Treatment of neuropathic pain (nerve damage pain), as adjunctive therapy for partial seizures in adults, and management of fibromyalgia.¹May also be used for certain anxiety disorders.²  

Dosage & Administration: Dosage is individualized. For neuropathic pain, usual starting dose is 150 mg per day, divided into two or three doses. May be increased by the physician up to 600 mg per day. For partial seizures, usual starting dose is 150 mg per day, divided into two or three doses, up to 600 mg per day. For fibromyalgia, usual starting dose is 75 mg twice daily, up to 450 mg per day. Take orally with or without food.³Follow physician's instructions.

Side Effects:Common: dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, difficulty concentrating, swelling of arms and legs.⁴  

Precautions: Inform physician of kidney problems, heart problems, or diabetes. Use caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. May cause dizziness and drowsiness; caution advised while driving or operating machinery.⁵Inform physician if pregnant or breastfeeding. Gradual withdrawal recommended.

Storage:Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture.⁶Keep out of reach of children.
