Neurolin CR 165 Tablet - (165mg Pregabalin)  

Presentation:Each controlled-release tablet contains 165 mg of Pregabalin. 

Indications: Neurolin CR is indicated for:

• Neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 
• Postherpetic neuralgia.  

Dosage and Administration: The usual starting dose is 165 mg once daily after the evening meal, increasing to 330 mg once daily within one week based on response and tolerability. Patients needing more relief and tolerating 330 mg may go up to 660 mg once daily after 2-4 weeks. Swallow the tablet whole; do not split, crush, or chew.⁶If a dose is missed after the evening meal, take it before bedtime with a snack. If missed before bedtime, take it with the morning meal.

Side Effects:Common side effects may include dizziness, sleepiness, and peripheral edema (swelling of arms or legs).  

Precautions:May cause dizziness and drowsiness, impairing driving or operating machinery.Gradual withdrawal over at least one week is recommended. Use caution with alcohol and thiazolidinedione antidiabetic agents. Inform your doctor about kidney problems.

Storage:Store in a cool and dry place below 30°C, protected from light and moisture.Keep out of reach of children.
