Nutrivit-B 

Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a combination of B-complex vitamins. Available in strips. Manufactured by ACI Limited in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 5 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2 mg, and Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20 mg.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B-complex deficiency states, such as beriberi, Wernicke's encephalopathy, loss of appetite, cheilosis, glossitis, angular stomatitis, keratitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, pellagra, photophobia, peripheral neuritis,and corneal vascularization. It is also used in conditions causing depletion or reduced absorption of B-vitamins and for general nutritional supplementation in physiologically stressful conditions.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: Usually 1-2 tablets three times daily or as directed by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic and idiosyncratic reactions are possible at lower levels.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any of its components. Should be given cautiously to patients taking levodopa as pyridoxine may reduce its efficacy in Parkinson's disease.

Storage: Keep below 25°C temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
