Orgabion

Presentation: Film-coated tablets. Each tablet typically contains Thiamine Mononitrate BP (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP (Vitamin B6) 200 mg, and Cyanocobalamin BP (Vitamin B12) 200 mcg.Available in blister packs containing [Specify number] tablets, manufactured by [Specify Manufacturer, e.g., Novatek Pharmaceuticals Ltd. or Organic Health Care] in Bangladesh.

Indications: Orgabion is indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency syndrome. It is also used for the supportive treatment of neuritis and non-inflammatory diseases of the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia, lumbago, myalgia, facial neuralgia, sciatica, intercostal neuralgia, and spinal pain.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dosage is 1 to 3 tablets per day, or as advised by a registered physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a little water, without chewing. There is no specific information on the use of this drug in children.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, allergic reactions may occur in a few cases.

Precautions: Orgabion is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. It is also contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy. Cyanocobalamin should not be given to patients with subacute spinal degeneration or for treating visual neuropathies caused by high cyanocobalamin levels in the blood.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
