Orili 200 

Presentation: Each tablet contains Elagolix Sodium equivalent to Elagolix 200 mg. Available in strips.

Indications: Orili 200 mg is indicated for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

Dosage and Administration: The initial treatment is one tablet of 200 mg twice daily for up to 6 months. It should be taken at approximately the same time each day, with or without food. Pregnancy should be excluded before starting treatment and Orili should be started within 7 days from the onset of menses.

Side Effects: Common side effects include hot flushes, night sweats, headache, nausea, amenorrhea, arthralgia, and mood changes. Bone loss may also occur. Rare side effects include insomnia and anxiety.

Precautions: Contraindicated in pregnant women, patients with known osteoporosis, and severe hepatic impairment. Not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years. May reduce the ability to recognize pregnancy. May cause suicidal ideation and mood disorders. Use non-hormonal contraception during treatment.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
