Ingredients: Each tablet contains Calcium Carbonate (equivalent to 600 mg elemental Calcium), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 200 IU, Magnesium Oxide (equivalent to 40 mg Magnesium), Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate (equivalent to 1.8 mg Manganese), Cupric Oxide (equivalent to 1 mg Copper), Boron Citrate (equivalent to 250 mcg Boron),and Zinc Oxide (equivalent to 7.5 mg Zinc).

Indications: For the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, maintaining strong bone growth, proper functioning of the heart, muscles, and nerves. Also used as a nutritional supplement and for bone development and regeneration. Indicated in pregnancy and lactation and in deficiency states of Calcium, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, and Boron.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: 1 film-coated tablet twice daily, preferably one in the morning and one in the evening, with or just after main meals with a full glass of water, or as directed by a physician.

Side Effects: Rarely causes mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, flatulence, nausea, gastric pain, or diarrhea. Occasional skin rash has been reported following Vitamin D3 supplementation. Hypercalciuria and, in rare cases, hypercalcaemia have been seen with long-term treatment at high doses.

Precautions: Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia resulting from myeloma, bone metastasis, hyperparathyroidism, Vitamin D3 overdosage, and severe renal failure. Also contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use cautiously in osteoporosis due to prolonged immobilization, renal stones, and severe hypercalciuria.
