PG CR 82.5

Presentation: Extended-release tablets containing 82.5 mg Pregabalin. 

Indications: Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia.

Dosage & Administration: Take once daily after an evening meal. Swallow the tablet whole; do not split, crush, or chew it. The starting dose is usually 165 mg once daily. Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your response, up to a maximum of 660 mg once daily. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include dizziness, sleepiness, headache, fatigue, blurred vision, dry mouth, nausea, and weight gain.

Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or heart failure. Use caution with alcohol and other CNS depressants. Pregabalin may cause dizziness and drowsiness and can impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Gradual withdrawal is recommended to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
