Polyvit Plus Gold (A to Z) 

Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a comprehensive formulation of multivitamins and multiminerals, often with added antioxidants. Available in strips or plastic containers, typically containing 30 tablets. Manufactured by Albion Laboratories Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet typically contains a wide range of vitamins (A, C, D, E, K, B-complex), minerals (Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Iodine, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Chromium, Molybdenum, Potassium, etc.), and antioxidants (e.g., Lycopene, Lutein). Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It serves as a complete daily nutritional supplement to meet increased demands during physical and emotional stress, chronic diseases, infections, osteoporosis, injuries, surgery, poor digestion, old age, pregnancy and lactation, poor appetite, and environmental pollution. It helps maintain a healthy body and active lifestyle.

Dosage & Administration: One tablet daily or as recommended by a physician. It is usually taken orally, preferably with or after food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Occasionally, diarrhea may occur due to beta-carotene, possibly causing slight yellow discoloration of the skin. Vitamin C and Vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances in some individuals. Allergic reactions are possible.

Precautions:Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the riskof osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Use during pregnancy and lactation should be based on a physician's recommendation. Caution should be exercised in patients with mild to moderate renal failure and in diabetic patients.

Storage: Keep in a dry place, away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C.
