Quiet XR 300 is an extended-release tablet containing 300 mg of Quetiapine Fumarate . Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic medication. It is manufactured by Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. 

Indications:

Quiet XR (Quetiapine) is indicated for the treatment of:

• Schizophrenia 
• Bipolar disorder, including manic, depressive, and mixed episodes, and maintenance treatment. 
• Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), as adjunctive therapy.  

The "XR" stands for extended-release, meaning the medication is released slowly over a longer period.
