Qutipin 100

Presentation: Each tablet contains 100 mg Quetiapine (as Quetiapine Fumarate).

Indications: Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder (manic and depressive episodes), adjunctive treatment for Major Depressive Disorder.

Dosage & Administration: Dosage varies by condition. Initial dose typically 50 mg once or twice daily, gradually increased based on response. Follow doctor's instructions. Swallow whole with water, with or without food. Do not stop abruptly.

Side Effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, increased appetite, weight gain, constipation, increased cholesterol/triglycerides, orthostatic hypotension. Less common: NMS, tardive dyskinesia, hyperglycemia, seizures, cataracts, QT prolongation, suicidal thoughts.

Precautions: Inform doctor of heart, liver, kidney issues, diabetes, high cholesterol, seizures, low blood pressure, cataracts, NMS/TD history. Caution with CNS depressants. Pregnancy/breastfeeding: consult doctor. May cause drowsiness. Not recommended for children under 10 years unless specified.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
