Presentation: Film-coated tablets. Each tablet contains Cinnarizine BP 20 mg and Dimenhydrinate BP 40 mg. 

Indications: Treatment of vertigo of various origins. Prophylaxis and maintenance therapy of symptoms associated with cerebral and peripheral circulatory disorders, disorders of balance (including Meniere's syndrome), and prophylaxis of motion sickness.

Dosage and Administration: Adults: One tablet three times daily after meals with some liquid. Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years. Duration of treatment should generally not exceed four weeks unless directed by a physician.

Side Effects: Common: drowsiness and dry mouth. May also cause headache, stomach pain, weight gain, constipation, chest tightness. Rarely: allergic reactions, blurred vision, difficulty urinating.

Precautions: Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to ingredients, severe hepatic impairment, angle-closure glaucoma, convulsions, suspicion of raised intracranial pressure, alcohol abuse, urine retention due to urethroprostatic disorders. Use cautiously in hypotension, Parkinson's disease, and the elderly. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. May enhance sedative effects of alcohol and CNS depressants.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
