Presentation: Tablets or capsules containing a combination of multivitamins and multiminerals, often formulated for adults. 

Ingredients: Contains a wide range of vitamins (A, C, D, E, K, B-complex) and minerals (Calcium, Phosphorus, Iodine, Magnesium, etc.). Some formulations may include additional ingredients like Ginseng. The exact composition and quantities are detailed on the product packaging.

Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in adults. May be used to meet increased nutritional demands, support energy levels, boost immunity, and maintain overall health and well-being. Some formulations are specifically designed for adults over 45 years of age.

Dosage & Administration: One tablet or capsule daily with food, or as directed by a physician. Not typically formulated for use in children.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Occasionally, diarrhea may occur due to beta-carotene, possibly causing slight yellow discoloration of the skin. Vitamin C and Vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances in some individuals. Allergic reactions are possible.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not take if also taking other Vitamin A supplements. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be based on a physician's recommendation.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
