Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin D3, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Cupric Oxide, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate, and Boron Citrate. Available in strips. Manufactured by Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains Calcium Carbonate BP equivalent to 600 mg elemental Calcium, Vitamin D3 BP (as Cholecalciferol) 200 IU, Magnesium Oxide BP equivalent to 40 mg Magnesium, Zinc Oxide BP equivalent to 7.5 mg Zinc, Cupric Oxide equivalent to 1 mg Copper, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate BP equivalent to 1.8 mg Manganese, and Boron Citrate equivalent to 250 mcg Boron.

Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, to maintain strong bone growth, for proper functioning of the heart, muscles, and nerves, as a nutritional supplement, for bone development and regeneration, during pregnancy and lactation, and in deficiency states of Calcium, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, and Boron.

Dosage & Administration: Adults: 1 film-coated tablet twice daily, preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, or as directed by a physician. It is best taken with or just after main meals with a full glass of water.  

Side Effects: The use of calcium supplements has rarely given rise to mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, flatulence, nausea, gastric pain, and diarrhea. Following the administration of Vitamin D3 supplements, occasional skin rash has been reported. Hypercalciuria and, in rare cases, hypercalcemia have been seen with long-term treatment at high doses.  

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia resulting from myeloma, bone metastasis, or other malignant bone disease, sarcoidosis, primary hyperparathyroidism, Vitamin D3 overdosage, and severe renal failure. Hypersensitivity to any of the tablet ingredients is also a contraindication. Periodic checks of plasma calcium levels and urinary calcium excretion should be made in patients with mild to moderate renal failure or mild hypercalciuria.  

Storage: Keep in a dry place, away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
