Presentation: Each tablet contains Drospirenone USP 0.50 mg and Estradiol USP 1.00 mg as Estradiol Hemihydrate. Available in blister packs of 15 tablets.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms due to menopause in women with a uterus, and moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy due to menopause in women with a uterus.

Dosage and Administration: One tablet to be taken orally once daily. Treatment is continuous, with the next pack started immediately after finishing the previous one without any break. In case of a missed tablet, it should be taken as soon as remembered. If more than 24 hours have passed, the missed tablet should be skipped, and the regular dosing schedule should be resumed.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include breast pain, upper respiratory tract infection, and abdominal pain. Other possible side effects include edema, peripheral edema, arthralgia, back pain, headache, nausea, depression, insomnia, nervousness, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, and urinary tract infection.

Precautions: Contraindicated in women with a history of blood clots in the legs, lungs, or eyes, a history of heart attack or stroke, known or suspected cancer of the breast or lining of the uterus, liver disease, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, known or suspected pregnancy, and hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Caution should be exercised in women with high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol or triglycerides, migraine headaches, epilepsy, asthma, lupus, endometriosis, fibrocystic breast disease, gallbladder disease, and hereditary angioedema.

Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
