Dosage & Administration

- Lactation: Small amounts of Bisoprolol are detected in the milk of lactating rats. If the use of Selbis is considered essential, mothers should stop nursing.

- Clonidine: Beta-blockers may worsen rebound hypertension that can occur after clonidine withdrawal. The beta-blocker should be withdrawn several days before discontinuing clonidine.
