Sigvit 

Presentation: Capsules containing Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Lutein, Copper, and Zinc. Available in strips. Manufactured by OSL Pharma Limited and other companies in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for Age-Related Eye Diseases (ARED), providing advanced antioxidant nutritional support for the eye, including Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) and cataract.

Dosage and Administration: One capsule, one or two times daily or as recommended by the physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Large doses of Vitamin C may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances. Large doses of Vitamin E may cause diarrhea, abdominal pain, other gastrointestinal disturbances, fatigue, and weakness. Abdominal pain and dyspepsia have been reported with zinc salt.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Vitamin C should be given with care to patients with hyperoxaluria and in patients taking oral anticoagulants or estrogens. Vitamin E should be given carefully to patients taking oral anticoagulants or estrogens as it may antagonize the effects of Vitamin K, potentially increasing blood clotting time.

Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
