Presentation: Each box contains 30 film-coated tablets (typically in a plastic container or blister packs). Each tablet contains a comprehensive formulation of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B-complex vitamins, Folic acid, Biotin, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, and other essential trace elements. Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It serves as a complete daily nutritional supplement to meet increased demands in conditions such as physical and emotional stress, chronic diseases, infections, osteoporosis, injuries, surgery, poor digestion, old age, pregnancy and lactation, and poor appetite.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dose is one tablet daily or as advised by a physician. The tablet should be swallowed whole with water. It is often recommended to take it with food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Occasionally, diarrhea may occur due to beta-carotene, and the skin might show a slight yellow discoloration. Vitamin C and Vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances in some individuals.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
