Presentation: Tablets available in packs of 30.

Ingredients: Each tablet typically contains a combination of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Folic acid, Biotin, B-complex vitamins, Calcium, Boron, Chromium, Chloride, and other minerals. The exact amounts of each ingredient are listed on the product packaging. This formulation is often tailored for adults over 45 or 50 years of age.

Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in adults, particularly those over 45 or 50 years old. It is also used to meet the increased demands for vitamins and minerals in this age group.

Dosage & Administration: One tablet daily with food, or as advised by a physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Occasionally, diarrhea may occur during treatment with beta-carotene, potentially causing a slight yellow discoloration of the skin. Vitamin C and Vitamin E may, in some instances, lead to diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral administration of folic acid.

Precautions:Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the riskof osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Do not take this product if taking other vitamin A supplements.  

Storage: Keep below 30°C temperature, away from light & moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
