Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a combination of B-complex vitamins (Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Cyanocobalamin) and possibly other nutrients. The exact formulation can vary. Available in strips. Manufactured by Team Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of deficiencies in B-complex vitamins. These vitamins are essential for various metabolic processes, including energy production, nerve function, and red blood cell formation. May be used in conditions of inadequate dietary intake, malabsorption, increased nutritional requirements (e.g., during illness or stress), and specific B-vitamin deficiencies.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dosage is one to three tablets daily, or as directed by a physician. It is generally recommended to take the tablets after meals.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. High doses of certain B vitamins may cause harmless yellow discoloration of urine. Occasionally, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or stomach upset may occur. Allergic reactions are possible but rare.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may decrease the efficacy of Levodopa in patients with Parkinson's disease. Individuals with certain medical conditions should consult their doctor before use.
