Temzinc Plus 

Presentation: Each tablet contains Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg (equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg, Nicotinamide BP 20 mg, and Zinc SulfateMonohydrate USP 27.45 mg (equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg).Available in strips, manufactured by Team Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of Zinc and Vitamin B-complex deficiencies.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician.
• Children over 30 kg: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. However, a few side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach upset may occur.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. In acute renal failure, zinc accumulation may occur, so dosage adjustment may be needed. Concomitant intake of tetracyclines or quinolones and zinc may decrease the absorption of both drugs; allow at least 3 hours between doses. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) can decrease the effectiveness of Levodopa.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
