Tenoren 100 Tablet - (100mg Atenolol)  

Presentation:Each tablet contains 100 mg of Atenolol BP. 

Indications:Tenoren 100 is a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), angina (heart-related chest pain), and irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmia).It also helps⁵prevent future heart attacks and strokes.  

Dosage and Administration: The usual initial dose for hypertension is 50 mg once daily, increasing to 100 mg daily if needed. For angina, the starting dose is 50 mg once daily, potentially increasing to 100 mg or 200 mg daily. Dosage is adjusted by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food, at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly.  

Side Effects:Common side effects include a slow heart rate, cold hands and feet, fatigue, nausea, and diarrhea.Dizziness may occur, so rise slowly.  

Precautions: Inform your doctor about liver problems, slow heart rate, circulation issues, heart failure, or low blood pressure. Use with caution in kidney disease and diabetes (may mask low blood sugar symptoms).¹¹Consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause dizziness, so avoid driving if affected.  

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
