Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a combination of Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Ingredients: Each tablet typically contains Thiamine Mononitrate BP, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP, and Cyanocobalamin BP in varying strengths (e.g., Thiamine 100 mg, Pyridoxine 200 mg, Cyanocobalamin 200 mcg). The specific amounts will be listed on the packaging.
Indications: Indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency states. Also used in the management of neuropathies of various origins, such as diabetic neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and peripheral neuritis. May provide relief from neuralgia, lumbago, sciatica, and other nerve-related pain.
Dosage & Administration: The usual adult dose is 1 to 3 tablets per day, or as directed by a physician. The tablets are usually taken orally.
Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may occur in some individuals. Gastrointestinal disturbances are rare.
Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may reduce the efficacy of levodopa. Cyanocobalamin should be administered with caution in patients with Leber's disease.
Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
