Tusca Plus

Presentation: Each 5 ml syrup typically contains:

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: 15 mg
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride: 5 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 2 mg

Indications: Tusca Plus is indicated for the symptomatic relief of cough, cold, and allergy symptoms including:

• Children under 6 years: Not recommended without consulting a physician.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include:

• Drowsiness
• Dizziness
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Nausea
• Constipation

Less common side effects may include:

• Restlessness
• Excitement (especially in children)
• Difficulty urinating
• Increased heart rate

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate, heart disease, high blood pressure, or thyroid problems.
• Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease.
• Tusca Plus may cause drowsiness, so caution should be exercised while driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Tusca Plus, as it can increase drowsiness.

• Do not use with other cough and cold medications or antihistamines without consulting a doctor.
