Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg, and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg. 

Indications: Indicated for the treatment of Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency syndrome. Also used as supportive treatment for neuritis and non-inflammatory diseases of the nerves, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuralgia, lumbago, myalgia, optic neuritis, sciatica, facial neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia,and spinal pain.

Dosage and Administration: Adults: Usually 1 to 3 tablets per day or as advised by the physician. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water. The duration of treatment should be as directed by the physician.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Allergic reactions may occur in rare cases.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy and in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Cyanocobalamin should not be given before a diagnosis has been fully established due to the risk of masking symptoms of subacute degeneration of the spinal cord.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
