Indications: Vesinac (Solifenacin) is an antimuscarinic agent indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency,and urinary frequency.  

Dosage and Administration:The recommendeddose of Vesinac for adults is 5 mg once daily. If needed, the dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily. It should be swallowed whole with liquids and can be taken with or without food. The full effect of Solifenacin may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Side Effects: Common side effects of Vesinac (Solifenacin) may include dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and urinary retention. Less common side effects can include nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, fatigue, and dizziness.

Precautions: Vesinac (Solifenacin) is contraindicated in patients with urinary retention, severe gastrointestinal conditions (including toxic megacolon), myasthenia gravis, narrow-angle glaucoma, and in patients at risk for these conditions. It is also contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Solifenacin or any of the excipients. Caution should be exercised in patients with significant bladder outflow obstruction, obstructive gastrointestinal disorders, autonomic neuropathy, and hepatic or renal impairment.

Use in Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: There are limited data on the use of Solifenacin in pregnant women. Vesinac should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. It is not knownwhether Solifenacin is excreted in human milk; therefore, breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment.

Storage: Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
