Presentation: Film-coated tablets. Available in packs of 30 tablets. Manufactured by Popular Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains a comprehensive formulation of 32 high potency vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B-complex vitamins (Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pyridoxine, Folic acid, Biotin, Pantothenate, Calcium, Iron, and others). The exact composition will be listed on the product packaging.

Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It serves as a complete daily nutritional supplement to meet increased demands during physical and emotional stress, chronic diseases, infections, osteoporosis, injuries, surgery, poor digestion, old age, pregnancy and lactation, and poor appetite.

Dosage and Administration: One tablet daily or as recommended by a physician. It is usually taken with food.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. Diarrhea may occasionally occur with beta-carotene, and the skin may assume a slightly yellow discoloration. Vitamin C and Vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances.Allergic reactions are possible.

Precautions:Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Long-term intake of high levels of Vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the riskof osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Use during pregnancy and lactation should be based on a physician's recommendation. Caution should be exercised in patients with mild to moderate renal failure and in diabetic patients.
