Presentation: Film-coated tablets containing a combination of vitamins and minerals. The exact composition can vary between manufacturers but often includes B-complex vitamins (such as Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pyridoxine, Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C, and other nutrients. Available in strips or bottles. Manufactured by various pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh.

Indications: Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C deficiencies. These vitamins are essential for various metabolic processes, including energy production, nerve function, and immune system support. May be used in conditions of increased demand, such as during illness, stress, or inadequate dietary intake.

Dosage and Administration: The usual adult dosage is one to three tablets daily, or as directed by a physician. It is generally recommended to take the tablets after meals.

Side Effects: Generally well-tolerated. High doses of B vitamins may cause harmless yellow discoloration of urine. Occasionally, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or stomach upset may occur. Allergic reactions are possible but rare.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may decrease the efficacy of Levodopa in patients with Parkinson's disease. Individuals with certain medical conditions should consult their doctor before use.
