Ingredients: Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate BP equivalent to elemental Zinc 20 mg.

Indications: Indicated for the treatment and prevention of zinc deficiency. Zinc is essential for immune function, wound healing, growth and development, and sensory functions like taste and smell. May be used in conditions such as growth retardation, skin lesions, increased susceptibility to infections, and diarrhea.

Dosage & Administration: Adults and children over 30 kg: 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician. May be taken with or without food, but taking it with food may help reduce stomach upset.

Side Effects: May cause gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach cramps, especially if taken on an empty stomach.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to zinc. In acute renal failure, zinc accumulation may occur, requiring dose adjustment. Concomitant intake of tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics and zinc may decrease the absorption of both; maintain a 3-hour interval.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store above 30°C.
