Ingredients: Each tablet contains a combination of vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid,Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, and Chromium.Specific amounts are listed on the packaging.

Indications: A comprehensive nutritional supplement specifically formulated for teenage girls (ages 13-19) to support overall health, development, and well-being. It aids in the maintenance of bones and teeth, boosts immunity, provides energy, helps prevent acne, supports skin health, restores hormonal balance, and may reduce anxiety and depression.

Dosage & Administration: For teenage girls, one tablet daily with food.

Side Effects: Constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach may occur, but these effects are usually temporary. Iron may cause stools to turn black. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral administration of folic acid. If any side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Precautions: Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not indicated for pregnant and lactating mothers. Folic acid alone is not proper therapy for pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemias where Vitamin B12 is deficient.

Storage: Store in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
